What do you know about your ancestors?
How does their legacy operate in your life today?
What ancestral patterns are you ready to release?
What ancestral rituals & practices, medicines & magic are you yearning to remember and restore?
How is ancestral renewal a liberatory practice?
What do you get to radically express that your ancestors had to hide?
What do your future ancestors (biological or otherwise) thank you for exploring in this lifetime that empowers them in theirs?
I’m reaching out to you today with one last invitation to join us for this spring’s Cultivating Culture - a 9-week online course on ancestral reclamation, repair & renewal. Only *TWO* spots remain and it would be an absolute honor to share this experience with you all. I am in awe of everyone who has enrolled so far (which includes some of you here!), and after reading through each person’s submissions I truly couldn’t communicate enough just how stunning the participants are. If I were you I would not want to miss out on communing with this collection of individuals to immerse in this sacred exploration and paradigm-shifting investment.
The course is intended for people who carry lineages of whiteness to reconnect with the deep roots of our ancestry, process traumas carried through our bloodlines, and rehydrate the lost or suppressed practices and wisdoms of our heritages.
Together, we will journey through personal & collective healing, ceremonial inquiry, sense-making, and creative expression to transform our inheritances into liberatory futures.
At one point in every single one of our familial stories, lifeways of liberation were common. Solidarity, mutuality, interdependence, fluid networks of exchange, community, accountability, right relationship… we hold these imprints in our cells, we harness this knowledge in our bones, we only need to get quiet, patient, and curious, we only need to ask questions and greet the guidance waiting for us — and the information will reveal itself. Every single ancestral bloodline flows back to a watershed of inextricable, undeniable belonging.
What was conditioned and forced upon us was intolerance, hierarchy, and divisiveness. These are not the wise ways at the heart of all of our stories of becoming. This is not the intelligence of our Earth — organized entirely around love and life.
This is the song humming through Cultivating Culture. I’ve heard it through each iteration of the course, from voice and heart of every single participant. It is not a learning as much as it is a remembering. It is not a revelation as much as it is a retrieval. It’s all here for us, stored as seeds for right times, for critical times. And maybe that time is now.
Lineage healing knits the wounds of separation and offers us reclamation and revitalization of the wholeness in/by which we are all held.
I am also THRILLED to share that for the first time since launching this course, I have fulfilled a long-held dream to offer an accompanying journal/guidebook that will be shipped to each participant to fill out as we move through the experience. Check out some sneak peaks below…
I truly hope I have the opportunity to share this with as many of you as possible. And if you can’t join us this time but are interested, please go ahead and fill out the form online and include that in your comments. I’ll add you to a waitlist for future offerings!
With great love,
Rachel
P.S. and just for fun, here’s a new playlist to share with you…
or here if that doesn’t work.
